Amazing newly remodeled single-story home has lots of windows, lake views and 200’ of lake frontage. This open-concept 2,000 sq. ft. home that sleeps 8, provides a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, 11’ island/bar (with seating) that overlooks the lake. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite foods, including a blender for your favorite slushy concoctions.

We have a Keurig coffee bar stocked with lots of mugs, sugar, Splenda, and Sweet’n Low. All need you need to bring is your favorite pods and the cream!

When you want to entertain inside, there’s a large dining room table with plenty of seating for meals or to play provided board games. The living room has a 50" 4K flat screen TV connected to DishTV. Free WiFi service is available in the home, if you need to check in with the outside world.

After a day of fun on the lake, have a peaceful night’s sleep in one of the three queen bedrooms with en suite baths and a one full bedroom. The master bedroom also has a 40" flat screen TV with DishTV. All bedrooms come with linens. Bathrooms have granite vanities, walk-in showers, hair dryers, towels (including make up towel) to refresh yourself after a day of playing on the lake.

Relax and take in the lake views in the huge 25’ wide screened in porch with lots of seating or at one of the two exterior decks. Show off your grilling skills with the outdoor grill, grilling tools included. Large yard is perfect for lawn games. For outdoor evening fun, enjoy the large lakeside firepit for family S’mores parties (just bring the fixin’s) or to just unwind while sipping cocktails.

Boating lovers look no further! Why waste your vacation time finding a place to launch your boat. On property boat launch ramp and two docks. Lots of space to tie up your boat and other water toys for easily lake living. Don’t feel like cooking? Boat up to one of Lake Greenwood’s six restaurants on the lake. Plenty of parking for your car and boat trailer.

Please note: During the winter months the lake level is dropped for people to work on their docks and sea walls. Lake levels start dropping on November 1st and reaches its lowest level in January. Starting February 1st, the level is gradually brought back up and is at full pool by March 31st. During the low lake levels, you cannot launch your boat using the private launch. The Shrine Club Boat launch (1/2 mile from the house) is available to launch your boat. There is a donation box to give for usage.
