About this villa rental
Villa Antica is a residence owned by the family since 1700 which is accessed via a pedestrian street with 85 steps. The Villa, of about 90 square meters, is composed of a living room, kitchen, two terraces, two bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged on two levels. It has air conditioning and a panoramic outdoor swimming pool (7 meters long and 3 meters wide) with solarium. On the first level there are: a 50 m2 sea view terrace, equipped with table with chairs and barbecue; the living room with vaulted ceiling, enriched with beautiful frescoes, equipped with a table, satellite TV and a sofa that can be transformed into a comfortable bed; the kitchen equipped with electric oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and washing machine; the first master bedroom with double bed which leads to another terrace with fantastic sea view; The first bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and hairdryer.
On the second level there are: a 50 sq m terrace with a breathtaking sea view of the Amalfi Coast; the second bedroom, equipped with a double bed and direct access to the terrace; the second bathroom with shower.
It is located in the historic center of Praiano from which restaurants, bars and public transport stops are easily reachable for the most popular tourist destinations.
The villa is distant from the free parking area 5-7 min. on foot.
The swimming pool is 3 meters wide x 7 meters long. The swimming pool area is equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs.
The swimming pool is open from 1st May to 31st October

Everything about the villa is perfect. It is clean, well equipped etc but much better than that, it is truly authentic. It is traditional and steeped in history. We highly recommend to anyone who wants to feel like they are in a traditional Italian villa. The location is great. Shops and restaurants near by. Views incredible!Pool is also perfect after a lovely day sightseeing. Hosts excellent. Wine and breakfast items provided free of charge. So kind.

Absolutely amazing! This was a very historic house that was in pristine shape. The ceilings in the bedrooms, bathroom and entrance were stunning. And the view of the Mediterranean from the pool deck was unbelievable. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with. On top of that, we mentioned that our anniversary was on that Thursday, and on Thursday, they delivered a "Happy Anniversary" cake. I would rate this property a 13 out of 10. I highly recommend this house.

Villa Antica in Praiano was absolutely stunning! The views of the Amalfi Coast were breathtaking, and the villa itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to great restaurants and beaches. Highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!
