We had a wonderful time during our stay. The host was always available for questions or concerns. Unfortunately, a lot of the amenities at the resort were closed which we were not aware of until checking in. For example, the slide was closed, the recreation area was closed, and the resort was out of a lot of products/food/drinks.

Check in process was super easy. Hosts were very responsive to messages. Location is as easy as it gets when skiing Palisades.

Amenities were great. Property was clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. Ski valet and ski in/out was very convenient. I would stay there again.
