Stay in a spacious 1600 sf two-bedroom penthouse with 300 sf terrace balcony over looking breathtaking views of the canal and ocean. Completely updated and newly furninshed with top of the line appliances. High 12ft ceilings, fully functional dock with power for boats up to 50ft (additional cost) private pool, Utilities, cable TV, 3 smart TV's (70", 55", 43"), and wifi.

Everything about this property is exactly as the owner describes it. It is a stunningly beautiful location on the canal with the ocean in the backdrop. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets from the large balcony. It is equipped with absolutely everything you need, including many items to at least get started upon arrival, i.e. coffee, teas, filters, condiments, etc. It is the most equipped VRBO we've ever stayed in for both living and enjoying the outdoors. Communication with the owner was first rate. She was always very prompt with returning calls/messages and was quick to provide solutions or suggestions. Would most definitely rent this unit from this owner again.

Sandra is the epitome of excellence in the rental business… quick to respond to any questions, professional, compassionate and helpful! The pictures are 100% accurate but her property is still a piece of heaven on earth!

The condo is incredible! The host is very easy to deal with and the cleaning staff are meticulous. I recommend this over many higher priced options available and can't wait to return for another amazing stay 10 out of 10!

A beautiful condo with breathtaking views. The host was attentive to detail and ensured we had all the necessary information for a great stay. Any questions I had were answered quickly. Close proximity to one of the beaches, but I would highly recommend renting a car so you can explore the beaches and restaurants that the island has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again if in the area.
