Unit is in a completely separate building on the property. The most relaxing beautiful property to wake up to and to also see a wonderful sunset Super easy travel to get to the beach....only 10 minute drive. Community sports and game room
porch area for your enjoyment Access to using the pool and jacuzzi and kayaks and bikes are available. Lots of great areas to ride bikes right outside your door....as well as wonderful biking and hiking trails near by Fishing right outside your door on the private lake.

The cleanliness, location and cost of the property was outstanding The host wad available but not instrusive. The amenities were excellent As an added bonus, the Blue Angels were im town and we watched most of the airshow from our deck!

The location is magical;- serene mornings tucked away far from the rest of the world. The negative;- sketchy wi-fi or cell phone coverage. unless you sit outside on the deck; at night or in the rain. We were purchasing a house, so wi-fi and cell service were an issue.Amenities could be improved. Blow dryer sounded like it was going to blow up any minute. Air conditioner in the kitchen/ living area was not operational, leaving you with a wall unit in the bedroom to A/C the whole area. The kitchen was sparsely furnished and I could barely prepare a meal.But, the pool and surroundings were truly beautiful.

Place was very clean, A/C in bedroom was great. King size bed was comfy, however, it’s a very low bed for me(6ft). The A/C in the kitchen/livinroom is broken.Pool was fabulous! The owner, was there all 4 days. Owner, mention that the hot tub was not ON… and I would need to contact him if I wanted it ON. Told me it was electric and took sometime to heat up.The place is very private until the owner shows up.Coffee maker was great, Refrigerator was great. Dishwasher was great. Bathroom is beautiful. Plenty of room. Shower was somewhat small for me (6ft). Water pressure was good.

Lovely property and view. Quiet property but close to the hustle and bustle of Vero Beach. A jewel hidden away.
