The Space:

Step into the theatre room, doubling as a second living area, and sink into leather seating as you indulge in a cinematic experience on a 65” Samsung curved LED TV.



Unleash your inner chef in the gourmet kitchen, featuring an electric oven and a built-in Siemens coffee machine for your morning brew. Gather around the spacious island for casual chats while preparing meals. Dine in style at the timber table for eight or slide open glass doors to embrace the fresh air. Fire up the BBQ and savour an alfresco feast at the outdoor dining table, surrounded by lush greenery. As night falls, share stories around the fire pit, soaking in the peaceful ambience. (The firepit cannot be used between November and May due to local fire restrictions).



Retreat to beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring carpets and individual reverse-cycle air conditioning for ultimate comfort. Recharge in the primary suite, featuring a queen-sized bed, ample storage, and a spa-like ensuite with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Relax in the second queen bedroom, complete with its ensuite, while the third and fourth bedrooms, each with two single beds, provide a restful escape. Get ready without the wait in the family bathroom with a bathtub.



Challenge your group to a lively table tennis match in the garage. Maintain your laundry routine with a washer. Park with ease, thanks to free on-site parking.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire house to yourselves. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

Just three minutes away, Dunsborough’s lively town centre invites you to browse boutique shops, stock up on essentials at Coles, and delight in the region’s best flavours. Start your morning at La Lah, where the nasi goreng is a must-try, or unwind in the garden setting of Little Iris Café. Savour an elegant evening at Wayfinder Cellar Door, pairing fine wine with exquisite cuisine, or try craft beer and modern Australian dishes at The Pour House. Then, visit Country Life Farm, just four minutes away, where kids can interact with friendly animals. A four-minute drive from home will take you to Meelup Regional Park where you can have picnics on pristine beaches, swim in crystal-clear waters, or paddleboard along the breathtaking shoreline.



Getting Around:

Parking: There are two free parking spots available in the driveway.



Airport: 33 minutes drive by car from Busselton Margaret River Airport.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



Wi-Fi in this area can be intermittent during busy times of the year.



A starter pack of wood is provided during the winter months only (June – August). This includes kindling, firelighters, matches, and wood. Axes are not supplied due to safety reasons. Additional wood may be purchased from a nearby fuel station or hardware store.
