Inside play areas if the weather is rainy or too cold. Facilities for adults as well as children including sauna, jacuzzi, outdoor playground, trampoline and indoor soft play area. Supermarket couple metres from the hotel also many restaurants etc. shops

The hotel is simple, but cozy and well-maintained. Our room was in the attic, so it was a bit lacking in height, but overall we had no complaints. The hotel offers all the necessary facilities for skiing (drying rooms, equipment storage). The restaurant is excellent—it exceeded all expectations, and the food quality is outstanding. There is a wide selection at breakfast, even for the most demanding guests.
Although some of the staff speak excellent English, there is a lack of information in English in the common areas. This is not a complaint, but rather a recommendation for the hotel :)

amazing breakfast, would return just to have breakfast and then leave. well equipped gym
The room was too small and noisy. During the day they were doing repairs and was really annoying to be inside, also there was maintenance on the street or neighbouring buildings which made the stay uncomfortable.
The jacuzzi could have been good if the steam bath was not making an irritating noise related to the ventilation system which obviously was broken. it was not at all an enjoyable experience in the spa even with the headphones on. definitely big minus here.
The reception staff could have been more helpful, however it’s always easier to say “not possible or we don’t have “
