Five minute walk to railyard restaurants, Railrunner, Violet Crown Theater and river trail. Plaza museums, galleries, etc are less than a 15 minute stroll. Large fenced yard perfect for furry companions. Outdoor dining areas on the covered front patio and under a pergola in the back. Gas bbq, ping pong, and corn hole onsite.
