About this house rental
The apartment is on the ground floor of a semi-detached house with its own entrance. It offers enough space for up to 5 people and all amenities for a relaxing holiday.
On the south-facing terrace you will find garden furniture and a barbecue and you can enjoy the view of the Danube valley and, weather permitting, the panorama of the Salzburg Alps or fantastic sunsets. The garden offers a variety of plants on two levels.
Located in the border triangle (Germany, Austria, Czech Republic), the area offers many opportunities for nature and culture experiences.
The three-river city of Passau with its historic city center, boat trips on the Danube, the Bavarian Forest National Park, the museum village in Tittling, bathing lakes, adventure and thermal baths, the western town "Pullman City" and wildlife parks are just a few examples of worthwhile excursions.
Let yourself be surprised by the culinary delights and enjoy regional or international specialties in Bavarian pubs and restaurants or use the nearby shopping facilities.

We found Ebersberg was a great place to stay. It was very easy to reach, just over an hours drive from Munich's airport The location was quiet and relaxing and the house provided a very cozy base for the week. There were plenty of activities for my two teenage daughters and they loved Passau with it's superb swimming pool, shopping in the quaint alleyways of the old town and several very good value restaurants and the beautiful countryside. All in all great relaxing week - love to come back in the summer!!

"We had an excellent holiday in a beautiful area of Bavaria, The accomodation is excellent and is exactly as described on the web site. There is a great deal to do and see in the local area, v. good restaurants close by and a very good local supermarket."

"Our family had the best christmas holiday over here as the property was very clean,everything in order and had everything we needed.the view was spectacular n rewarding...also the place was so peacefull and quiet with great neighbourhood.An excellent place to go to and be away from everything else.was close to a ski lift which we had an enjoyable 1st time experience.overall we love the warmth in the house and the lovely view.will love to go there again in the summer."
