This property is in such a serene wooded setting. The rental home is comfortable, and the host provided staples which was a nice treat! The host is accessible and attentive. I highly recommend if youre visiting a college student at Mizzou. It is away from the crowds, yet close enough (20 mins) from campus.

Kaylin's communication was exceptional throughout everything - from booking and follow-ups to preparation and our stay.We were coming to see our new grandbaby, and when we arrived, there was a handwritten congratulations card and a potted flower waiting for us. So thoughtful!We did have a hiccup with the keylock on our second day (a Sunday). We called Kaylin, and she showed up within 20 minutes and fixed the problem right away.The amenities were top-notch, things were well maintained and very clean - the kitchen was even stocked with some snacks and beverages. The property is fantastic. Amazing views out over the Missouri River valley, quiet, scenic, spacious, and casually elegant - everything you could want.The hospitality definitely matched the quality of the home.

We travel alot and stay at bnbs always. This property was amazing. So much attention to design and function. Sitting outside withbso many visual options. The kitchen was so organized and thoughtfulness with little details lile snacks, ice in the freezer, water. The living space had 3 tvs so entertainment had options. First floor bathroom was perfectly located. 2 bedrooms upstairs with very comfortable beds. Lots of natural light from windows all over the place made for a happy environment. The private seclusion of the property was a very refreshing experience but close enough to Columbia just a 15 mims drive to big city offerings. Our favorite place to stay no other compares.
