About this house rental
Location, Location, Location!!! This townhome, in the Island Townhouses complex, is less than a mile to Coast Guard beach access and close to The Village area with shops and restaurants. Both bedrooms have a queen and a full bed and a TV. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, and utensils with a dining area with seating for six. All linens, towels and cookware are provided. - Please bring your own beach towels. The Housekeeping fee includes: paper towels, toilet tissue, facial tissue, dishwasher tablets, liquid dish soap, laundry packet, hand soap, and trash bags.
Please note there is not a washer/dryer within the condominium but there is a laundry facility on property.

Fantastic stay! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and felt like home the moment we walked in. It was the perfect home base for our family to recharge between adventures. The pool area was a huge hit with the kids! Thank you all for being so accommodating as well with my son's emotional support dog. Thank you for a wonderful experience and great memories.

Overall it was very nice and clean. Was a little disappointed that the TV in the back room did not work. One remote didn't have any batteries and the other had dead batteries. We bought batteries but still nothing worked with the TV. ouln't get any basic channels. My 4 year old was disappointed with that big time.Would have also been nice to have shampoo and conditioner but we were able to buy some.
