Air conditioning was not available and not all windows had mosquito's screens

Beautiful character to the building with a lovely comfortable restaurant and plenty of parking.
The staff were not overly welcoming but they were extremely busy. The air conditioner had no instructions but once we got staff to help we then could not turn it down. Breakfast was very basic compared to other places we have stayed this week.

Tremendous view
Breakfast was fine
Very uncomfortable due to the heat and no air conditioning there were no screens on windows at night which had to be opened and we were bitten severely by mosquitoes
