Wade out to the shallow sand bar to explore for shells and sand dollars, or walk across the street to watch the yachts go by and fish in the bay. Old Timers call this part of the island "The Narrows" where the sand is just wide enough for a single row of homes. You are surrounded by beauty. Beach behind you, Bay in front of you ....It doesn't get much better than this !

This was my 3rd visit to this property and I love it. It is quaint, quiet, and beautiful! The only thing that would improve this property is new furniture (recliner is useable but handle is broken), the couch is fine, the beds are not so great. The King is sloped into the center and broken down from over-use. The Queen is okay if you like a VERY soft bed. The blinds around the cottage are fine but have broken pieces....more esthetics than workability. Last, the beach chairs are rusted and a couple do not work properly; a lounge beach chair would be nice too.Even with the issues I have mentioned (and I mentioned them before) I will still be back because it really is a wonderful property overall:)

It was a great experience for my family.. the perfect little beach house, right on a private beach literally right out the back patio door is the beach... beds were comfortable.. showers were good water pressure.. we loved our stay

We found this beautiful beach house to be even better than anticipated! Equipped with everything essential, stylish interior that only highlighted the unique qualities of this classic Florida home, we were at once at home away from home. We enjoyed the gorgeous beach steps away and so many beautiful birds, gorgeous sunset views!

It wasn’t the cleanliness but the lack detail. Kitchen missing a smoke detector, trash n the porch of the house our back area faced. For the entire time, despite a C&R Realty van being there on Tuesday, 5/4/26. The price was high for the house. Several low cost items could be replaced.. I have pictures if you are interested
