About this apartment rental
This is a well-appointed town home in the heart of Avalon - a quick walk to the beach. With two master bedroom suites on the second floor, it's perfect for two couples or a family. The first master suite (queen) offers an ocean view and has sliding glass doors to a small, step-out private balcony. The en suite 3/4 bath also has a walk-in closet. The second master suite (Cal king) offers an en suite full bath and his and her walk-in closets. Each bedroom also has its own flat panel TV. There is spacious living space on the first floor, which includes the living room with a 50-inch flat panel TV, a half bath, and a combined dining area and fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and a center island. The sofa sleeper is also located in this combined space. The living room, staircase, and bedrooms now have wood laminate flooring rather than carpet, and the kitchen, dining area, and bathrooms have tile floors.Free wireless internet! Come and enjoy all there is to do while staying in this spacious town home. Approximately 1500 Sq. Ft. 227BB | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). The townhome is nice and large but walking to the unit was difficult with luggage and family.
