This is a two bedroom, two and a half bath, warmly decorated condo located on the the first level. Both bedrooms and two baths are on the second floor, which is accessed by an open staircase. The master bedroom has a king bed and en suite bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a twin bed with trundle. The main floor has a twin bed tucked under the staircase, as well as a half bath. Beautiful tropical wall decor, linoleum floors in in the kitchen and baths, and carpeting throughout the remainder of the condo. A total of 1233 SF. | | Occupants subject to Bahia Vista Condo Owners Association Rules & Regulations. A01 | | | This vacation home rents on a nightly basis (2 night minimum, holidays and selected dates excepted; 3 night minimum mid-June through Labor Day). QUIET HOURS: 9:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. (use of outdoor areas stricly prohibited). ----- ***Bahia Vista pool has re-opened. Hours of operation: 9am-9pm daily. The jacuzzi is only heated during the weekends (Friday, Saturday & Sunday) until Memorial weekend. Both pool and jacuzzi will be heated from Memorial weekend to Labor Day and during Thanksgiving and Christmas break.** This property is in a residential community and is only suitable for quieter groups. NO smoking, NO parties/events. NO pets allowed per HOA rules. You must be 25+ years old to rent this property. No daytime visitors allowed.
