About this house rental
Located on the idyllic Punta Pozuelo peninsula in Guayama, PR, this exceptional oceanfront family vacation compound provides a unique setting able to accommodate 8 guests, in three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Amenities include fully air conditioned interior space, lighted swimming pool (shared with our other property only), ocean swimming, full size lighted basketball court, TV and multiple spacious lounging areas. Walk to your yacht moored in the lagoon across the street and dock or hoist it at the full service marina about a mile down the road when you leave. With your own equipment, water sports such as kayaking, wind and kite surfing, snorkeling, water skiing and jet skiing are within walking distance. Water sports rental equipment is also available at the boat ramp across the street. Enjoy local delicacies at nearby restaurants. All of your favorite stores, a movie theater and a Chi Chi Rodriguez designed golf course are minutes away in Guayama. A major shopping plaza, movie theaters, auto racing, casino, night life, gourmet restaurants in Ponce provide a variety of activities to suit every taste.
The cultural, entertainment and dining attractions of San Juan are only an hour away. And if you just want to kick back and relax, just climb into your favorite lounge chair on the wrap around deck to watch the pelicans and manatees go by. Punta Pozeulo is surrounded by beautiful scenery where laid back friendly locals take it real slow.

If you're willing to drive a little to see the tourist hotspots, then this gem is perfect. Beautiful views, quiet area, close to incredible restaurants, and a very gracious host.

We all had a great stay! The beach view was amazing to wake up to and the rooms were very spacious.

Had a very enjoyable time , loved the fact that the ocean was just in front ,and the view was wonderful. If you just want to relax ,enjoy the sound of the waves, and watch Manti's this is a great place. Just can't go swimming , but the pool at the property is available. The home was nice and suitable for us. The house keepers Hector and Felicita are readily available when needed and good people. We had an awesome time on the island.

We reserved because originally our friends were staying and they invited to stay at the second house.
The owner response was nice and quick, although the property is over price.
It does need updates and repairs, also better sheets, furniture and towels.
Beach is at the backyard, but you can’t swim.
Also, basic cleaning is something that the house need. Apparently they rest on how the guess leave the property (because they ask you to clean it) and they don’t clean. Windows were really dirty.
Water supply was poor.
So, overall, we did enjoy ourselves. It worked, but it just wasn't as good of an experience as I had hoped and pay for it.
