About this house rental
Cozy country home on a farm located just outside of Waynesburg PA. 2 bedrooms with king beds. Perfect if you are attending events at WVU, Waynesburg University or Valley View Farm venue. This home is in a rural country setting. Wifi is good but cell phone service can be spotty. Sleeps 4. Commercial waffle maker with waffle mix/syrup provided! No smoking. Dog friendly upon approval. $50 a day pet fee. 1 dog allowed, up to 30 lbs. Pets are not allowed on the furniture and must be cleaned up after. You are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. If you are leaving the pet alone in the property, it must be crated. **If you are bringing a dog, it must be disclosed and included on your reservation. If you bring a dog that is not disclosed, you will be charged $300 and your reservation will be cancelled with no refund given.**We just recently added a fire pit area. Please note that firewood is not provided but can be brought or bought at our local Walmart. Safety features of this home include a fire extinguisher, smoke/carbon monoxide detector and security camera.

I love this place! I have stayed in more vacation rentals than I can count in 11 different states. This house in Greene County Pa. is awesome! The setting is peaceful, quit & beautiful! The house has been updated & done tastefully! The host has it set up to be welcoming!! Hope to stay here every time I visit! Thank you so much to the hosts! Your thoughtfulness was so very appreciated! 10 stars if I could!

This was the perfect spot for me and my dog. I loved having all the fixins for waffles! Communication was smooth and everything stated in Vrbo description was accurate. Thank you!
