The view was amazing from this property, very clean room and very spacious. My family loved the property and the area with views of the East Pass and Destin Harbor. We would love to visit again. 5 star experience

Communication with the property management company Real Joy was excellent and check in / out instructions were clear. The unit itself had minimal amenities for our one week stay. Be sure to bring your own beach towels as the unit didn’t appear to have any. No salt, pepper or other spices either. Minimal amounts of soap and shampoo too. The beds were very comfortable however the unit as a whole had a very musty smell the entire week of our stay. It appears it’s time for a deep cleaning of this unit. Our worst experience happened the last two days where the neighbors were smoking marijuana and the smell leaked into this unit and lingered continuously.

My family and I had a fanatic time here, the entire house was super clean. There were extra blankets pillows and towels, and the office was one call away if we needed anything. This property felt like home the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. My family and I will be for a summer trip.
