Relaxing on the private furnished balcony which overlooks the beach will be a treat for guests year-round. The primary bedroom has a plush King-sized bed and a TV. The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, plus double vanity sinks. WIFI Internet is available.
This condo is on the top floor of the Ocean Song building of the Beachside Colony Resort complex and includes access to the two pools, two covered garage parking spaces, beach access, and Tybee's only oceanfront restaurant The Deck—perfect for beachfront dining with unbeatable views. The building has elevator access, ramps, and handicapped parking available. You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.
Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island! Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity. This was our first trip to Tybee Island, and it did not disappoint. My husband and came for 4 nights for our anniversary. I selected this lovely condo based on all the great reviews, and it was exactly what we were looking for….the morning sunrise was spectacular from the balcony or snuggled on the sofa. We enjoyed coffee and a morning breakfast out on the balcony every day. The kitchen was well-equipped for our needs. The bedroom and bathroom are quite large, and the bed is very comfy. I love that every light switch is labeled, and the bedroom and living room have ceiling fans. Even the cabinet shelves are labeled. The condo unit is perfect with access to the beach, pool, and The Deck attached for a great lunch and drinks. Know that you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas right from the condo office. The communication is excellent, all codes, directions, and any questions we had were promptly answered. Trust the directions given to you ahead of time, go to the elevator upon arrival, and just press floor 3. The room number signs are very weird and had us wandering around the first night. My only suggestion would be for a welcome packet to be left out when entering the condo. We did have all the information electronically, but we arrived at 10:30 PM and could not find the parking pass. It would have been nice to have some information waiting for us and perhaps some bottles of water and snacks. An absolutely perfect choice…..we will be back!

The view was breathtaking. The best place to watch the sunrise over the ocean! Loved how close it was to the beach and pool (walking distance) and the room itself was very very clean. Also loved that there was a restaurant on site and a washer/dryer in the room. Overall, we had a pretty good stay! Only a few minor complaints: the pull-out couch needs a gel mattress cover or something for more comfort. It was uncomfortable to the point we could not sleep more than an hour or so (we let our kids have the bedroom). My husband and I woke up in a lot of pain. I wouldn’t book this specific room again solely for that. Also there was no coffee in the room at all but two coffee makers. We’d expect at least one K-cup per adult guest per day. Last complaint is that contacting anyone about anything felt impossible. We were sent the wrong WiFi info and didn’t have WiFi for the first few hours. Tried to reply to an email sent about our stay (because I couldn’t figure out how to actually contact an human person and not an automated email) and it took 24 hours for a response. Luckily I found the correct WiFi info (after digging through the guest portal which I also did not feel was very user friendly) but if I hadn’t, I would’ve been upset that we couldn’t use our phones or iPad internet for the whole entire first night there. So overall, I would probably stay in this resort again but in a different room due to the issues listed.
