Charming Waterfront English Cottage on a private Bay Beach. Surrounded by a nature preserve. The Upper deck has 400 sq ft off of both bedrooms that offer spectacular views of the bay. Lovely heated outdoor shower. Private and peaceful with abundant flora/fauna makes this setting something very special. Stunning sunsets and sunrises. Just 15 minutes to the village of Southampton or Westhampton and the Hampton Beaches. The wineries and farm stands in the North Fork are also just 15 minutes away, making for a rare LOCATION. The Location offers the best of both worlds. Tour the Vineyards and have lunch at a local farm stand then head over to Southampton Cooper's Ocean Beach voted the # 1 beach in America or just swim at your own

The swimming at the cottage is outstanding for young ones because of the gentle bay. We also have a 3 person ocean kayak with life jackets. Renters and their guests will use the kayak at there own risk. You can explore the beautiful bays and the estuaries. The wildlife is wonderful, especially the birds.There are many farm stands in the area offering fresh vegetables and flowers and delicious baked goods and kid's activities. Lots of golf courses close by and if you like shopping you are close to the Tanger Outlet Malls, a big shopping haven. There are many local restaurants with fresh caught seafood which are outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage for the last 2 weeks of August. Our dogs were the happiest being able to swim in the Peconic bay. Having the beach and the point being a quick walk outside your place was great, and still a close drive to the Hampton beaches.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting for a wedding. the bedrooms were both upstairs, FYI which I wasn't aware of from the listing but we made it work. The grounds were beautiful and lots of birds to enjoy.

We had a fantastic weekend at Nancy’s cottage in Flanders! The cottage is extremely comfortable - a nice sitting room, an open and well-lit kitchen, eating area, a spacious deck, and an incredible backyard (the best part).
The bedrooms are comfortable as well. The backyard is set with a lovely deck We had a truly amazing time at this home! When we arrived we were greeted by Rick( the caretaker)with a helpful welcome binder and a truly beautiful house. It was clean, spacious and exactly what was advertised. It was well worth the money. It was close to town (only 15 minutes away from everything) and had so many additional amennaties (smart tv with access to most steaming sights, fire pit, hammock, comfortable beds and so much more). So much better than a hotel. We cannot wait to come back! Thank you Nancy and Rick
