Prices have been marked down even more during this period for any potential inconvenience.****
This Gulf-front 1-bedroom, 1-bath Phoenix East II condo sleeps six. Flat Screen Smart TV in the Living Room & a Second Flat Screen Smart TV located in the Bedroom for access to your streaming services or cable shows.
A Tropical vibe invites you into a living area that offers plenty of comfortable seating, including Bunk beds (Twin over Full), Queen Size Sofa Sleeper, and a swivel recliner to enjoy the Gulf Views from the indoors on a rainy or cool afternoon.
A fully equipped kitchen provides the ease of cooking, while the breakfast bar is the perfect spot for snacks. A nice table with 4 chairs will make family dinners fun. A full-size washer and dryer are provided in the unit for your use.
The Bedroom has a King size bed, a dresser, and two nightstands with dual USB Chargers. Bathroom includes a Walk-In Shower (Installed December 2024) and also features a comfort height elongated bowl commode.
The balcony has ample seating that provides spectacular views of both the Gulf and Perdido Pass. As you sit on the balcony watching the Fishing Fleets on Perdido Pass and the dolphins playing in the Gulf Waters you will know that you have found the perfect spot for your long-awaited vacation.
Please Note: The Homeowners Association for this complex requires purchase of a parking pass through a third-party vendor or at the front desk upon arrival. This is in addition to quoted fees and is due directly to HOA before arrival (Approximately $55 after tax if purchased in advance of arrival date, $65 if purchased the day of arrival beginning February 2026).

The view could not have been better. Loved view of the boats entering the gulf as well as the beautiful view of the gulf.

This condo had a beautiful gulf view. It was very clean. It appeared to have several recent updates such as the tile shower and most appliances. Phoenix East 2 is smaller than some buildings so there was rarely a wait for the elevator and plenty of space on the beach. The only inconvenience was having to check in at the desk instead of getting a door code via email. But the communication with the owner was excellent and they gave us all the proper information for check in to go smoothly.

I hate to leave this review here because the room was clean and was great! The host communicated well and did all he could do to help. Additionally, it was a holiday weekend, so keeping that in mind… we were moving over to this condo from another to add additional nights to our stay. We understood early check in wasn’t a guarantee, which was communicated properly from the host. When we arrived, it was out of the hosts hands and he had done all he could to help make sure the front desk knew our situation. The staff at the front desk was lackadaisical. They stated the room was flagged to clean and check in as soon as possible but that info isn’t given to the cleaners. All of the amenities except racquetball were closed due to storming. We ended up being the very last room cleaned and didn’t check in until after listed check in time (4:00pm). The staff was rude, unapologetic, and did not communicate at all regarding amenity closure or reopening. Great host, they just have a property at a poorly run condominium complex.
