*** NEW *** Siesta Key beach has become known world wide for its incredible miles of soft white sand beaches and small village type atmosphere. This property is located within a community situated on these very beaches. The community offers beach access to a less crowded semi-private beach, swimming pool, shuffle board, and camp style grills. With such a central location, Siesta Key Village and South Village are just a few minutes ride away utilizing the free island shuttle or free ride services (tips only) available on the island.
Entering through the front door you will arrive in the living room furnished with comfortable lounge seating, TV, and dinette set. Moving towards the rear of the unit you have a 1/2 bath, great for coming in from the beach or pool and showering off. In the rear of the unit you will find the eat-in style kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 piece appliance package among other small appliances and basic to moderate cooking essentials. Access to the rear assigned parking spot is also through the back kitchen door. Back to the front of the unit, taking the stairs up to the second floor you will find two bedrooms and full bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bedroom set and equipped with TV. The second bedroom is furnished with two double-size beds and equipped with a TV. The two bedrooms share a full bathroom with combo tub/shower.
Minimum Stay Requirements: 1 week minimum reservation required mid December through mid August with 5 night minimum accepted a maximum of 30-days in advance during remaining months.

We had such an amazing stay at Siesta Key Beach Resorts! From the moment we arrived, everything felt easy, relaxing, and exactly what you hope for in a beach getaway.The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had that perfect coastal vibe. Our space was comfortable, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. You can tell a lot of thought goes into the little details, which really made a difference.The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach with the most gorgeous soft sand and sunsets, and close to great spots for food, drinks, and shopping. It made it so easy to fully enjoy everything Siesta Key has to offer without needing to go far.Overall, it was the perfect mix of relaxation and fun, and we’re already talking about coming back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a beautiful, laid-back beach escape!

We enjoyed our staying, but overall the use of the fobs was completely a problem for us4 of us had to share a fob and only by calling two times received a second fobOthers that stayed there had the same feeling and were complaining each time we would run past or talk to people entering through the gateBecause of that requirement to use a fob, I will no longer consider staying there

Overall we had a great family vacation. The location was very good and a short walk to the beach. Trolly access was fantastic.Internally: The property itself is depreciating and needs better attention from the owners. The master bedroom has no TV. Master ceiling fan has no string and can’t be used. The kitchen could use a blender. A fresh coat of paint would be nice. Window blinds were broken. Externally: The key fob to access the beach rarely worked so the security gate was propped open the majority of the trip. We never recieved a parking pass. The hose in the front to rinse the sand is old and rusted and didn’t work well.All in all these issues are minor and we had a great trip.
