Tucked away in the quiet sub-division just off Ronald Regan Blvd in Davenport, this home is perfectly situated for ease of access to all major Orlando theme parks being just 10 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from International Drive. This four bed, three bath home is super family friendly offering free WIFI and baby equipment! Upon entering the home you will find yourself in a large reception area leading you through to the main living room with a full kitchen available and breakfast nook to the right. To your left is a large queen bedded room with bathroom and beyond to the side of the main lounge area is a large open playroom ideal for families choosing to stay home and enjoy the facilities of Play station 3, games, DVD's and toys for all ages. The rest of the family have a choice of areas to relax including a large sectional sofa which is the perfect viewing spot for watching a 55" LED T.V , with both Blu-ray player and DVR cable box available. Further on you will find access to two further twin-bedded rooms sharing a "jack 'n' jill" bathroom and on the other side of the home, is a master King bedroom suite complete with walk-in dressing room and large bathroom complete with both shower and garden tub. Guests can access to the pool area directly from the lounge. Outdoors the lanai offers shade and shelter for 'al fresco dining' and a freeform pool, complete with Jacuzzi sits on an oversize pool deck within a fully screened area. Beyond is a large open grass area so this home has space beyond offering a degree of privacy. Laundry facilities are also available. Pool/jacuzzi heat fee optional on request. This is a non-smoking home. Regret no pets. Nearest restaurant, shop, pharmacy and gas station is just 5 minutes drive from the villa, and the home is also just 5 minutes from the nearest golf courses.
