Many positives about this property. To start, it is the quietest place I have ever stayed! I know all the reviews say that, but you won’t believe it until you experience it. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, all of the windows had curtains that you could pull over the blinds for privacy and darkness in the morning. The fenced backyard was nice, we sat out most mornings and had our coffee while enjoying the birds and squirrels that visited. There is a TV in every bedroom even though we did not make use of them or did we use the garage set up or the basement. Air conditioning was ice cold, a good thing. There was an abundance of towels and blankets and pillows. No shortages there. The host was very responsive and did a nice job keeping me informed. There were only two negatives that I would list and neither would keep me from renting this place again. The toilet paper is extremely thin, and I mean thin. We went through multiple rolls, simply on that fact alone. The kitchen, while clean and stocked, does not have a dishwasher, and the cabinets are a bit dated. We only used the coffee maker and refrigerator, so of course none of this made a difference to us. I would highly recommend this place if you are going to the area, there were many things like about it!

Very clean and comfortable. Host responds quickly to questions. Nice quiet neighborhood. A plus all around!

Cute little house in a quiet residential area. There’s not much nearby, which might be ok based on your needs. Our stay would have been much more positive if we didn’t get a notice of a request for payment right after we checked in for some hidden fees that were not at all clearly communicated prior to our stay. Also, the hosts have a ring camera at the front door but also one facing the backyard seating area. It’s difficult to enjoy sitting out there when you feel like you’re being watched.
