Everything was great! They accommodated us leaving very early and prepared breakfast and helped us to our bus. The owner was also very lovely, would 100% stay again.

The architecture and decoratipns were amazing. The staff were very helpful. We only speak English and that did not cause any problem. They had a lift which was very helpful for me and my bad knees as it reduced the number of steps. Still some of course.
The bathroom was lovely but i have very bad knees and our room had a shower above a beautiful bath which i was worried i might not get out off. For others it would not be a problem. This was my problem not the accomodations problem.

Abdelhamid helped me reach the place safely and helped me with bags. He is hardworking and very kind. Decor of the Riad is nice and is the only thing that would make the stay worth it. I don’t recommend the riad for solo travelers who want something easily accessible by foot and taxi. It is not the case.
The Riad is not in a place you would feel safe to reach at night alone. Very secluded and with many alleys and routes. Didn’t feel safe to be honest. I didn’t like the way the manager spoke to me when arriving late - although explaining that it is out of my control as I took the train to reach Fes. He should be more courteous and understanding to people who chose to stay there. Please understand that you represent the Moroccan tourism and culture, so please be kind.
