This remodeled villa is thoughtfully decorated with upscale furnishings and tasteful decor throughout. The home is equipped with a kitchen, fully stocked with cookware and small appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker. Enjoy streaming or watching cable on the large TV in the living room or enjoy the view of the beautiful community grounds from the private patio. The bedroom has a brand new luxury king size mattress and the bathroom is outfitted with a tub/shower. This villa is centrally located, steps to a pool and a short walk to the main pool area. NO PETS.

Another outstanding stay at Legacy Villas with Desert Sol Real Estate! We enjoyed a 3-night anniversary getaway and couldn't have been happier with our experience.The villa was beautiful and exactly as pictured—stylish, immaculate, and exceptionally comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen had everything we needed, and the range made preparing breakfast and lunch effortless.We also continue to appreciate the peaceful atmosphere of Legacy Villas. The community is beautifully maintained and remarkably quiet. We spent time enjoying coffee or a cocktail on the patio while taking in the calm surroundings. It was the ideal place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy quality time together. Even during the weekend, the pools were never overly crowded or chaotic. The location is another reason we love staying here. Old Town just minutes away for excellent dining, and many other fantastic restaurant options throughout the desert cities are within a short drive.During this visit, I also took advantage of the fitness center for the 1st time. As a personal trainer, I appreciated quality and variety of the equipment, which made it easy to fit in an effective and enjoyable workout.We have stayed at Legacy Villas multiple times, and this visit reinforced why we keep returning. this property continues to exceed our expectations. We look forward to returning for another memorable stay and highly recommend both Legacy Villas and Host Desert Sol Real Estate to anyone visiting the area.

My husband and I took a few days to disconnect and reconnect. Your property allowed for a stress free enjoyable stay. The property was clean quiet and close to several pools. The property allowed for a pleasant morning walk with so many shaded sidewalks.Thank you and we will for sure be back again.
