About this villa rental
The Glenbrook resort is located just 8 miles from Disney World, Universal and all major theme parks. The resort community provides all guests with common facilities and services. These include large pool, tennis courts, beach volleyball court, fitness room, video rentals, computer and internet connection, games room.
The Villa is within walking distance to Walgreen's, CVS and a short drive to Lowe's and Super Walmart. A variety of restaurants such as Chili's, Texas Roadhouse, Miller's Ale, Carrabba's Italian Restaurant and Joe's Crab Shack, just to name a few.
More than 60 golf courses in the neighborhood within 15 minute drive, you can find Highland Reserve, King Ridge Golf Club and Legends Golf and Country Club.
At the back of the villa is an open concept kitchen, family/living room and breakfast nook offering a cozy family atmosphere with all the amenities of being at home. The family/living room has a 50 inch LCD TV for your viewing enjoyment.
The master bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of furniture and storage space, as well as en suite bathroom with a full size bath and shower. Located in the master walk in closet is a digital safe for your personal use. The second bedroom provides a comfortable space with a Queen size bed and large closet. The twin bedrooms have 2 single beds and the family bathroom is conveniently located between them with a shower and full size bath/shower. All four bedrooms contain flat screen LCD TV's with DVD players.
The south facing pool is easily accessed through 3 convenient sliding doors from within the home. The pool deck provides a comfortable and relaxing environment which includes a table, chairs and loungers.
Our games room consists of a pool table, air hockey and a pub table with chairs for your time away from the 'Hustle and Bustle' of the theme parks or busy day.
Our villa come with Free WIFI and has a 24/7 monitoring alarm security system as an added feature.

The kids enjoyed the pool and game room. I gave it a 4 because of some upgrades that were needed, but when I spoke to the host she had them shipped over night. She was very responsive. I was happy with the house.

Beautiful house, great location, close to attractions, host great to deal with. Only issue we had was it listed a BBQ on property but it was deteriorated and beyond use. Patio table was damaged but usable. We would rent again.

* We received a request to sign and email back the rental agreement on the day before our checkin. We were driving from Ohio. There was no way to get the document printed signed and emailed back while traveling. The owner seemed to understand that. However when I asked for some time to get it to her she insisted we get it to her before the end of the day. After a bit of struggle we got it printed signed and in the email I asked for a confirmation. We got none. It would have been helpful to get the agreement earlier in the week before we left. * security bars on Main bedroom and Living Rm sliding glass doors were broken. * Not all lights worked* strange person (turned out to be pest control) knocked on front door at 7:45 am. We were not expecting anyone. My husband went to the door while I stayed in the bed. Next thing, the person is at the bedroom sliding door and the curtain was slightly open. Option 1 - let guest know day and time if possible for pest control or Option 2 -schedule pest control after guests check out. * Asked to start a load of towels but no detergent. * took out trash but could not find additional bags. * dish drainer had awful looking crud in the drainer tray.
