Enjoy a weekend staycation in the heart of horse country! This beautiful studio is set on an exclusive 5 acre working ranch and boasts dedicated horse stalls right by your door. Fully-equipped with kitchen, King sized bed, Wi-Fi & laundry facilities, this authentic countryside studio promises you all the luxury amenities while still captivating nature's tranquility. Feel like part of a real farm and enjoy its convenient location near world renowned wineries & dining spots just moments away.
This is a legal farm stay accommodation located in the County of Santa Barbara. The MAX guest limit is 2 ADULTS, no children are allowed due to close proximity to horses and that this is a "working horse ranch" with numerous other animals. Bed is king sized!
Horses cannot be boarded or ridden at this property. No pets allowed due to insurance restrictions.
Please inquire first for any stay longer than 30 days. Property Owner approval required.
This property may or may not have surveillance cameras installed in common areas for security purposes only. Any such cameras (if applicable) are strictly limited to public common areas and are expressly prohibited in any location where a reasonable expectation of privacy exists, in accordance with California Penal Code 647(j).
Good Neighbor Policy and city regulations require the use of decibel monitoring devices when located in residential areas.
These are not listening or recording devices.

Enjoyed my 2 week stay. Casita location is perfect. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Hosts (Bill and Kim) are lovely. Visiting/re-visiting restaurants in area enjoyable.

Our 4 day stay at the Wine Country Ranch Escape was wonderful! The unit was so clean, comfortable, and had everything you need for a worry-free get away. We immediately fell in love with the horses, the peace and quiet of the ranch, and the birds singing. The location was perfect as we took scenic drives throughout the whole area, went down to beaches, hiked to the Nojoqui Falls, and toured a mission. We ate at two places we really enjoyed, Industrial Eats in Buellton CA and The Gathering Table in Solvang. Kim and Bill were great hosts! We thank them for sharing their lovely property with us.

Very welcoming host and very beautiful apartment. Relaxing and tranquil surrounding but close to get out and adventure in nature or shops and restaurants.

Cleanliness was excellent; amenities were more than adequate. Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Owners were on site most days and were pleasant and friendly.
