The front door slow closer is broken. It will slam you in the ass or arm if you let it go. Lighting is badly placed. No light over kitchen sink or in the shower, for examples. Impossible to sleep in the converted sun room to bedroom after 7AM. Bedrooms are located at the rear of the house, not the front.Only one door for entrance or exit. This would be a severe safety hazard in a fire.Over half of the electrical outlets are two wire w/o ground, even in the bathroom. This is a shock hazard and serious electrical Code violation. No outlets at all in the sun/bedroom.It’s obvious that the building started life as an equipment shed, then converted to a dwelling of sorts with the addition of a bathroom, then the sunroom/porch was enclosed to add a bedroom.
