Key features are: a 1st floor Master suite with king bed, large flat screen TV's in all bedrooms and living room, free bikes and beach wagon for the easy stroll to the beach, and free high speed WIFI. The custom kitchen is fully equipped and easy to cook in. Family and friends can share many memories around the large wooden dining table that is the focal point of the great room. There is a private outdoor patio with a large Weber gas grill. To make your vacation more enjoyable and virtually hassle free we provide all linens, beach chairs, bikes, cooler and much more.
Use the free bikes to explore all of the natural beauty that SeaPines has to offer. Cool off after a day at the beach in the pool that is just steps away-heated and cooled for 8 months of comfort. This villa is pet friendly, but please note that we have a pet fee, so please be sure your pet is listed in the guest count as you book so that your quote will be accurate.
Check in is a breeze as we mail your vehicle pass and door code ahead of your arrival, eliminating the need for a stop at security. Just head straight to the villa, park right in front, and hit the sand!

We loved the included bikes, proximity to the pool, and Sea Pines Beach Club. The kitchen was great! For those traveling with little ones, consider if you want the primary on the first floor while other rooms are upstairs. Otherwise stocked with lots of fun games, some helpful items like an infant booster seat.

The property was in a great location, close to the beach. It is an end unit. We have stayed at Hilton Head around 8 times, and this unit we have liked the best. We will likely choose this unit again in the future.
