About this house rental
We are the Champagne Family. Ben, Andrea, and Lillian. We had many great years in this place until we finally decided we needed more space to expand the family. This lovely 2/2 townhouse is on the quiet end of the island. 3 miles from boardwalk and restaurants. Free trolley (early May-August) right out front. 200yd walk to the gulf. Complex pool(only 8 units) with shower. One bedroom and full bath is on first floor with the kitchen/living area while the 2nd floor is entirely the master suite with private balcony large walk-in closet and laundry room. Garage available for use. New mini grocery/coffee/deli shop directly across the street!! WE ALLOW PETS BUT THERE IS A FEE!!

We enjoyed our vacation & look forward to staying here again. It was nice to be able to walk down to the beach. This place was clean, the air conditioner worked, the beds were comfortable & the pool was nice to get in after being on the beach all day.Ben was very quick to reply & let us check in early since storms were coming in shortly after we arrived. We have zero complaints. Will be staying here again!

This place was perfect for us. Great location! Dog friendly! It was nice to have the pool and also the local across the street! Very clean and great communication! Highly recommend.

The place needs some outside cosmetic work. Walking in smells of wet dog was not what I was expecting. I know it’s a pet friendly place but still. The couch needs a cover. Smelled like dog. The first place I ever stayed with a nasty sponge on the kitchen sink and no paper towels.
