About this villa rental
New Mickey Mouse pool, New carpet, LG High Ice capacity French door refrigerator, and Maytag high capacity washer/dryer set just installed. The perfect place to relax while the kids explore the magic of Castle Disney. The awesome Princess, Pirate, and Superhero kids' rooms, as well as our air-conditioned game room will be sure to thrill kids of all ages. The Game room's stand up full size arcade which features 75 different games, along with a full size pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, Step2 Kitchen, dollhouse, PlayStation 3 and 2, make this the perfect area to entertain. All the adult bedrooms are appointed with top-of-the line mattresses and bedding. There are 9 TV's in the home including the big screen in the family room.
There is a screened-in patio with a, Dining Table, Lounge Chairs, and a Pool with a Hot Tub(Spa). The pool also has a privacy hedge. Pool/Hot Tub heat can be provided at $50 for your stay.
We also have several strollers, 3 pack-n-play, a crib, a High-Chair, and a booster seat.
There is a screened-in patio with a, Dining Table, Lounge Chairs, and a Pool with a Hot Tub(Spa). The pool also has a privacy hedge. Pool/Hot Tub heat can be provided at $50 for your stay.

The photos don’t do this villa justice. We had an amazing stay there for two weeks, throughly enjoyed the pool and Windsor hill’s facilities. The location is spot on, just off W Irlo Bronson Hwy it’s close to shops, supermarkets, restaurants and 15 mins from Disney. We frequently left the parks and went back to the villa then returned in the evenings because it is so close. I cannot recommend this property enough, you won’t be disappointed.

Everything about this property was just as it was advertised and much more! It is such a wonderful place for a family. The kids loved the bedrooms, the toys, the garage game room and the pool so much! When they were at the property, we had to beg them to stop playing and eat. The pool is VERY safe and secure. Everything that we needed for children was there...stroller, crib, high chair ect. We felt very safe and secure. We walked to the community park and the kids had a great time. Everything you need from a store is 5 mins away. Perfect location. It took us 15 mins to get to DisneyWorld properties and about 25 mins to Universal Studios. We had an amazing, wonderful week staying at this beautiful property. I highly recommend it.

We loved this home. The location was fantastic, it was quiet and secluded while being very close to everything. The size of the house was perfect for the 5 of us; even too big since we had 2 bedrooms we didn’t use. Two master bedrooms was wonderful though. The kids enjoyed the game room as did the adults. The pool and spa were wonderful and we spent time every day out there. We went to the clubhouse only once. Nice that they have it, but the kids preferred pool at the house. The owner was extremely responsive. We would rent again. The listing is accurate. We never had an issue entering or exiting the gate quickly. You won’t regret renting this home.

We had a fabulous time. The house exceeded all expectations. The location was close to Disney. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The kids wanted to swim every day. It was great.
