About this cottage rental
Double Bay beach cottage is right on the dune, just steps away from the water. Built in the 1940s, it was the very first structure on Double Bay. The porch provides lovely views up and down the beach. A great place to read, have lunch or relax with a rum punch.
The cottage consists of a living room with kitchenette; a bedroom with a queen size bed, bureau and a nook with shelves, hanging rod and hooks; and a small bathroom with shower. There's also an outdoor shower at the back door, thatched Bahamian style.

We absolutely love our cottage, it’s perfect for 2 people. This is our 3 time staying here, this time for a month. We’ll be back next year. The beach is perfect, never crowded, even if the 2 other houses on the property are rented you still have your privacy. Carol and her team are great and the cottage is always clean.Can’t wait to return.

The house is just as pictured. You have the ocean at your front door. Everything you needed was supplied, even flash lights and a small battery operated lantern. Which we needed as power went out several times for short periods. Steve was attentive and available if we needed him.
