A newly renovated single-family home in Allston (02134) with 2,000 square feet, five bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Space this size, this close to Harvard, BU and MIT, is genuinely hard to find.
The space: five bedrooms with three queen beds and two double beds, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Two full bathrooms with fresh towels and toiletries. Sleeps 8 comfortably; up to 12 with an extra guest fee.
Parking: three off-street spaces, free for guests. A real advantage in Allston.
Set up for longer stays: a fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave and dishwasher, plus coffee maker, kettle, toaster and pantry basics. Washer and dryer in the basement, free to use. Central heating and air conditioning. High-speed Wi-Fi and two smart TVs with Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu and Disney+. Iron, ironing board, steamer and hair dryer.
Families: pack and play, booster seat, and toys and books for children. Hooker-Sorrento Children's Park is next door.
The neighborhood: Allston is walkable and full of good, inexpensive food. Trader Joe's, Star Market, CVS and Walgreens are within a ten-minute walk, and the Charles River trails are close for running and biking.
Getting around: Green Line B and buses 57, 64, 66 and 501, with quick access to I-90. Five to ten minutes to Harvard, BU, MIT and Fenway Park; fifteen to Boston Common and downtown; about twenty to Logan Airport.
Good for: visiting families, research groups and relocating professionals who need room, parking, and a short trip to campus.
House rules: no smoking, no parties or events, quiet hours after 10 PM.

The house was perfect for our family. Everything was just as listed as described. Walking distance to food and bakeries. We enjoyed the Aquarium and several museums that were within 5 miles of the property. Great location and very comfortable!

This is a great house in a nice area and a good location to get around Boston. There was plenty of room for 5 adults. It was a clean property and perfect for our stay to attend BU graduation. Communication was easy and quick. I highly recommend.

The property came exactly how the photos show. I liked how centrally located it is, about 15 min to Boston(depending on traffic) Hitesh and Pryanka were awesome to deal with and they were very very helpful. I appreciate them and their help throughout the week. Highly recommend staying here if you have a large party like we did, plenty of room and amenities!

I stayed in this house for my Harvard reunion and it easily fit 8 of us and was walking distance from campus so very convenient. Everything was great! Would recommend.
