Formerly known as "Floridays" — same house, same owners, same island magic. We gave the place a name that fits the family a little better. New sign, fresh paint, same sunsets.
Tucked away on the quiet south end of North Captiva, this is a house designed for one thing: easy, unforgettable time together. No traffic. No crowds. Just sun, salt air, and your own private oasis.
BUILT FOR GROUPS THAT WANT SPACE AND PRIVACY

— Sleeps up to 12 comfortably
— Perfect for multiple families or 3–4 couples traveling together
The rooms even have their own names: Anchored Inn, Pineapple Suite, The Lobster Tail, and The Aquarium (the kids' favorite — teal walls, king bed plus two double bunks). No sharing bathrooms. No drawing straws for the good room.

We had an awesome time. The house was clean and communication was great. There were numerous beach towels available for us to use. The house had starter necessities- toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, laundry detergent, dish washer packets, etc. Tortuga was excellent. Our two golf carts were waiting on us at the dock. They loaded our luggage and delivered it in our house. They carried the bags up the steps. At the end of our stay, they loaded our luggage and delivered it back to the dock. Each member of the team worked hard and was helpful and friendly.

This home was perfect for our 10 family member annual spring trip. The inside was beautiful and comfortable. Our 8 year old grand loved the coloring supplies lol. The beds were all comfy. The kitchen well stocked and user friendly. Loved the screened porch and upstairs deck!! We enjoyed morning coffee on both! The pool was used every day and well maintained. Enjoyed using the golf carts to go to the beaches! Can't say enough about the service that brings the groceries and alcohol! Had an issue with a TV and the host acted to rectify. Overall an awesome week. Was our first trip to North Captiva but not our last!! This trip requires planning but so worth it!! Really enjoyed the ferry rides! Our big family had plenty of room to play games and just be on Island time!!

We loved North Captiva Island! The process of getting on and off the island was very organized and stress free. Our house, Floradays, was nice, location great. We found the house was not as nice as the pictures. It definitely is in need of some care and updating. We were told the TV in the living room wasn’t working and would be replaced on Monday. They never came and replaced it! There was a separate faucet only in kitchen to use for drinking water, it was very slow. We ended up buying bottled water.
