About this house rental
It's just a five minute drive to the beach from this spacious home in Mission Fields. Situated on a generous corner lot, the living room (with a wood-burning stove) opens up to an inviting courtyard with outdoor furniture, a hot tub and a gas barbecue (and a pool table in the garage!). Conveniently located, it's close to beaches, hiking trails, downtown shops, restaurants, and the Crossroads Shopping Center. One dog accepted with prior screening at https://monterey.petscreening.com Three bedrooms with 3 new Queen beds, plus a queen sofa sleeper in the downstairs den and a sofa bed in the 2nd floor loft that converts to a Queen or two Twins. Three full baths. Two-story home. Driveway and street parking. Washer/dryer in garage.

Sycamore Place is a well-located spacious house especially suited for families. Bathrooms were recently remodeled and kitchen had most all we needed. The nearby Crossroads Center was a convenient resource for just about everything. The management was attentive and kind as we had a family medical emergency during our stay.

Heater and wood burning stove did not work. Beds were too low for us. Difficult to get out of (we are seniors)
