About this house rental
Welcome to our spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation home in the sought-after Orange Tree community — the perfect base for your Florida getaway, just 12 miles from Disney's Animal Kingdom and 16 miles to Magic Kingdom.
Pool & Spa
Our southwest-facing private pool and spa gets sun from morning until evening, with an extended deck for lounging and a shaded lanai for relaxing in the shade. Watch the occasional Sandhill Crane wander the grounds while you unwind. Pool and spa heating is available as an optional add-on ($40/night) — just let us know at booking or via message if you'd like it included.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms (Sleeps 8)
Master Suite: King bed, dressing mirror, large walk-in wardrobe, Smart TV, and French doors opening directly onto the pool deck. En-suite bathroom with separate bath and shower, twin basins, and separate WC.
Bedroom 2 (Double): Double bed with built-in wardrobes and Smart TV. En-suite with shower, WC and basin — also accessible directly from the pool deck, handy for swimmers.
Bedrooms 3 & 4 (Twins): Each with twin single beds, bedside cabinets and built-in wardrobes — ideal for kids or additional guests. One room has a Smart TV, the other a TV with DVD player. These two rooms share a full bathroom (bath, shower, WC, basin).
All bedrooms feature quality cotton linens and towels, provided for every stay.
Living Spaces
A large open-plan entrance with high vaulted ceilings sets the tone the moment you walk in. The formal dining room seats the whole group at a mahogany dining suite. With two separate family rooms, there's plenty of space to spread out — settees, easy chairs, TV with cable. French doors open onto the pool deck, with high vaulted ceilings throughout.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with a 26 cu. ft. fridge/freezer with ice maker, 4-plate electric hob, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus ample worktops, cupboards, cooking utensils, and full crockery and glassware. A breakfast bar overlooks the breakfast nook and family room — great for keeping everyone connected while meals come together.
Utility & Practical Extras
Separate utility room with full-size washer and dryer. Attached garage. Air conditioning throughout the home.

The Orange Tree community offers tennis courts, and a children's play area with slides and swings — right on your doorstep.

Master bathroom had hair, so not cleaned very well but rest of house was good. We didn't pay for heated pool and hot tub wasn't very hot, so maybe should have paid for heat(might have made a difference in hot tub) otherwise pool and tub were enjoyable. Twin beds could be more comfortable and need more forks but had a wonderful time and would recommend. .

We had a couple of issues that didn't end up being the owner or the property manager's fault. After solving these, we had a GREAT week! Recommended highly. Owner and property manager were fantastic to work with and VERY helpful! Pool and hot tub had sun all day, it was great!
