It's a comfortable, warm, home-like 2nd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and private entrance with an outdoor security camera. What makes this space great is it's only a 2 minute drive to the Sunshine Square shopping center that includes quick access to shopping, gym, restaurants, Stop and Shop grocery store, laundromat and Dry Cleaner. Clean but old. Central to my needs so that worked out.It is an apartment in the upstairs of the house. We saw the homeowner/host one day but they did not acknowledge us at all to say hello.

We were here for a baseball tournament The property was clean. The size if the space was fine for two and could be for four people. Barbara was responsive and easy to work with. The apartment can benefit from some upgrades and seating for more people in the living room would be preferred.
