House was bigger than we thought! Very spacious! Loved the two living rooms, gave the kids their own little space to hang out! Pool was good; wish I would have had it heated it was perfect during the day but super cold at night :( ..community pool was GREAT! Perfect location from the house, plenty for each age to do! only thing I do suggest is possibly buying new updated pans for cooking.. overall we had a great stay! Thank you!

The house is great, although they might need to get a new living room couch. The location was great. The house was stocked with everything we needed. And we had a great host.

The property has major potential, however, the lack of deep cleaning and care shows. Upon check-in several items were either broken or non-operational. I contacted the management company and they sent the maintenance man over to handle them (never contacted me to set up a time for repairs). Things that should have been repaired prior to our arrival such as a working clothes dryer, working garbage disposal, dining room chairs legs all broken (I actually feel out of one), old couch that needs replacing, ants in all of the bathrooms, just to name a few things. However, overall it’s a nice home in a great community and with a little tender love care (TLC) this house would be amazing.
