We had a great time this house! It is just perfect ,very clean and has everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and the neighborhood was beautiful and quiet !we had a great time there highly recommended!

We loved our stay in The Villa Rose and were sad when it was time to leave.
The villa is nicely appointed with quality appliances, fixtures and fittings throughout; every room is well equipped and comfortable.
It is a very well maintained Villa, spotlessly clean inside and around the pool, gardens etc.
The Villa is situated in a lovely neighbourhood close to beaches, the Marina and down town Cape Coral.
Our host Cindy was great.
We travel to Cape Coral frequently; we have never stayed in a villa twice, this villa is the exception as we are looking to re-book and return next year.

Great location, villa clean as described and just like the photos. Furniture and fixtures are all good quality and modern. Villa is well equipped with everything you could possibly need for a great vacation. Pool area is clean with plenty of seating and sunloungers. Would definitely recommend.

The property was great! Very clean and well appointed. However, the pool temp was cold. Emailed the property manager and never got a response. Very disappointed that we were unable to use the pool, which was one of the reasons we chose this property. Also, the water to the master shower was barely warm at best. Could have been rectified if property manager had responded.
