This Brand new Luxury triplex was finished in Jan 2019. Unit C is a corner unit, located on the 2nd level and is the largest of the 3 units. This unit has lots of natural light. Relaxing rooftop deck with La Palapa, pool, BBQ, lounge area and table and chairs with a fabulous view of the lagoon. Casa Chiva is located on one of the most charming streets in Barra and the units have a modern sophisticated feel, using indigenous Mexican materials.
Casa Chiva consists of 3 one bedroom units. Each Unit has wood-tiled floors, terrazzo countertops, full kitchen, air conditioning, flat screen TV equipped with roku as well as wireless internet connection.The building is situated in the middle of the Barra peninsula and is located within 100 paces from over 20 Restaurants, bars, stores, Fish market , ferry and charter boat businesses, all set in a safe and private setting. This is a simply gorgeous place to stay. The top floor palapa with dipping pool has views towards the lagoon and the Grand Isla hotel. Sunrise on the palapa is very special. The location is great: close to the malecon for a sunrise or sunset stroll and close to the many music locations. The apartment itself is really well designed and well equipped. As long as you don't mind some street noise (but the AC provides white noise) there cannot be a better place to stay in Barra.
