About this house rental
Seaside Sanctuary is a 4 bedroom with a loft, 3 bath, OCEANFRONT duplex with over 2000 square feet of living space that sleeps 14 people. The main level has a fully equipped kitchen with all quality appliances, an eat-in island kitchen, a living/dining area with beautiful and comfy furniture, and a queen sized bedroom with full bath. The second floor has 2 king sized rooms oceanfront with walk out deck, and 1 Queen sized bedroom with a small private street side sitting deck, and 2 full sized baths. The third floor is a perfect retreat for the children featuring 1 queen and 4 single beds and is equipped with toys and games. The duplex has free WIFI, 5 Roku enabled TVs, a Weber Genesis propane grill, DVD players, beach furniture and toys, and hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. There is plenty of room to play and rest on the wide spacious beach that is only steps from the back door. Duplex is private with its own separate walkway to the beach. The "lower Deck" is a perfect spot to enjoy the sunset with a drink in your hand while the rest of the decking areas are perfectly suited for lounging while watching for the occasional dolphins that swim by.
Please note that our Seaside Sanctuary is a NO Smoking/Vaping property and is rented generally by the week during the summer. For the non-peak months of November through March, a minimum stay of three nights is required. Professional cleaning and linens are provided, a $250 cleaning/linen fee will be added to the reservation fee.

My family and I had a wonderful beach vacation. It was relaxing. Perfect views of the beach. We truly appreciated that it was comfortable and well kept. Chris was easy to communicate with and always available to answer questions. I highly recommend the Seaside Sanctuary.

Seaside Serenity was the perfect choice for our family beach vacation. Our ages ranged from 75 to 14 and everyone was pleased with their rooms, views and amenities. Every thing was clean, fresh and well decorated with the Oceanside vibe. The kitchen was appointed with everything we needed and more. We made good use of the waffle maker, and coffee maker, for sure! Our hosts provided us with a starter gift bag that was very thoughtful and much appreciated. Communications with our host, Chris, were easy and responsive. We look forward to another visit to Emerald Isle and Seaside Serenity in the future.

This house is simply one of the best beach rentals I’ve ever had. The location is peerless. It has everything a family or group of friends like us could want for kitchen, beach and entertainment. It is thoughtfully decorated without giving up that classic beach house vibe. I would come back to this house in future trips any time it’s available!
