This light and bright end unit has been recently remodeled with new counter tops, new upgraded bathrooms, paint, carpet and ceiling fans. Walk within the gated complex to the beach. North Coast Village is close to the Strand, which is a one way street along the beach; it is excellent for walking, jogging, biking or people watching. You can walk to the Oceanside Harbor Village which is the local gem of North County, San Diego. The Village offers visitors a one-of-a-kind experience, from waterfront dining, sport fishing and stand-up paddle boarding to unique local gifts and apparel. Also nearby: the Mission San Luis Rey, Oceanside Surf Museum, Oceanside Museum of Art, and the Museum of Making Music. If you have to leave, This Oceanside condo is a midway point from downtown San Diego or Orange County. 1.5 miles from Carlsbad State Beach and downtown Carlsbad, Lego land,The Outlet Stores, and Flower Fields. A short drive to your south, finds you in Encinitas and Del Mar. We had the best time! The grounds are beautiful and the location was absolutely perfect! Parking was close and convenient. The people were all very friendly and there are so many walkable places close by. The beds were very comfortable and we made use of the beach bag, umbrella, chairs and cooler. They were great additions!! Don’t let the lack of AC scare you. As a corner unit, it has a very nice cross breeze when the window are open and the balcony is nicely shaded. If we had one wish, it would be for the adults only hot tub to be 18 instead of 14 unless accompanied by an adult. Perhaps it could be 18 or 21 for a few hours in the evenings? It’s a great relaxing spot but the number of kids running in and out was a bit unfortunate.We would definitely stay there an again.

This is the second condo we've rented at this property. The listing says the condo has been renovated, which is a bit exaggerated! The only things that have been updated are the showers and kitchen countertop. The appliances seem to be from the 80's or 90's. The brown carpet is gross and needs to be replaced. The condo was surface cleaned but REALLY needs a deep cleaning. The property itself is very well-maintained and in a great location. The condo is at the edge of the property near the street and train tracks. Its pretty noisy! The listing agent was easy to deal with and was quick to respond and take care of our one request.
