Hello and thank you for looking at our condo for your next beach vacation!
This newly updated 2 bedroom 2 bath condo is at Celadon Beach Resort!
We are located on the Quiet WEST END of the beach directly on the Gulf of Mexico.
Celadon is located approximately 2 miles west of Pier Park. We are also close to Frank Brown Sports Complex and the international airport.
You will find high end luxury furnishings along with new flooring throughout! There are new stainless steel appliances and a new HVAC system has been installed!
There is a BEACH FRONT Master bedroom with NEW KING mattress.
There is also a King Bed in second bedroom.
The bonus Bunk (3rd sleeping quarters) room has twin bunks, television and doors that close for privacy. This room is perfect for the children.
In the living room there is a Queen size sleeper sofa.
Come and see Amazing top floor views from your private balcony! Watch the waves roll in while the dolphins play right outside. Curl up with a good book or enjoy beautiful sunsets!
This condo includes Beach Chair Service! You will get two beach chairs and one umbrella everyday you are here... at NO additional charge!
(March 1st through October 31st.) (There are two additional beach chairs in the condo.)
As a bonus, this condo comes with a wagon to make trips to the beach easier!

There are two pools . Both pools areas have hot tubs with large deck and lounge chairs. Tennis/Pickle Ball Court is located on the North side of property.
The Indoor/Outdoor pool is located on the north side of Celadon. The 2nd pool is beach side overlooking the gulf.
High speed internet and Cable TV.
Kitchen is fully equipped which includes automatic drip coffee maker and Keurig.
Breakfast bar has seating for four and the dining table seats four.
There is a Covered 4 deck parking garage and covered crossover walk way for parking.
We have a new water feature at the entrance of the property. The building has been freshly painted. A sound system has been installed for walk-over and on ground floor as you walk out to the beach! Tennis/Pickle Ball court has also been updated, so you now can enjoy both.
We rent to adults and their families. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by parents or older responsible adults (age verification will be required prior to rental).
Occupancy is limited to 8 guests.
ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* No renters under the age of 25. Age verification is required.
* This is a No Smoking and No Pet property.

Wonderful week in PCB! We loved being on the 17th floor where you could see so much from the balcony. We saw a shark one morning, dolphins on another morning and manatees as well. Great space in the condo! We love stay on that side of PCB in the Celadon. Close to our favorite…Thomas Donuts! Kitchen stocked well, and spacious for our family of 4. Would definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful, spacious condo in a great location right on the beach. Perfect for my family of four! Great communication with the host and property manager. Already looking forward to our next stay!

The condo was exactly as described… it was clean, spacious and decorated beautifully. It was exactly what I wanted… to get up and have my coffee in the morning while looking at the ocean and to end the day with a glass of wine watching the sunset. The pool was clean and warm. Beach chair set up was a nice perk. It would definitely rent from again. Thank you.

Our family had a fantastic time staying at this condo! It was exactly as pictured with stunning views! Loved the convenience of having beach chair service and having a partially covered pool for those rainy days. It was also one of the cleanest places we’ve stayed! We couldn’t recommend this place more!
