About this chalet rental
Our cabins are inside the forest, surrounded by nature with a lot of privacy. Built so that you can have direct contact with the trees. Our breakfast is delicious. You can find gas station, store and restaurant very close. All transport of tourist activities can reach here. We have tourist information for the entire Monteverde area, as well as reservations for them.

We loved our stay at the Chalet in the Mountains! It is such a beautiful home. Our host had cold beer in the fridge, snacks, oatmeal, and eggs, which was very helpful. We had a small issue with the internet that the host responded to very quickly. The host was attentive, check in was easy, and our kids loved the reading nook and the swing on the porch. It felt very private because the forest is so dense. We chose to sleep with the curtains open so we could look for fireflies. Our kids saw a couple of agouti in the woods. It was about one mile from the main part of town, and there is a market that is easy to walk to. It was the perfect mountain escape! We hope to return someday!

This is a beautiful cabin surrounded by forest. It's just out of town and perfectly quiet for some relaxation. The is a wonderful restaurant in walking distance as an added bonus!

Awesome cabin in a private wooded area. Close drive to the hub of Santa Elena. Was nice to have a few items stocked in the kitchen before our arrival.

Place needs a proper heater, it was very humid and cold in the morning and the electric fireplace kept tripping the circuit breaker. Cooking is almost impossible, there is no stove. Utensiles, plates and cups were very basic and missing things like a wine bottle opener.
