It was perfect! The bungalow is HUGE, the beds are SO comfortable, the breakfast is absolutely delicious and the staff is so friendly and helpful also with booking transports and tours for you. The town centre is within walking distance (10min) and there are restaurants and a small convenience store very close too.
We absolutely loved it here (and we loved the dogs)!

The staff were very accommodating. Christina made multiple arrangements related to activities and transfers for us prior to our stay. Karen was also very helpful on site with bookings and information at the check in desk. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. We felt looked after. Easy walk into town to access lots of restaurants and shops.
The rooms could have been more equip with cloths to wipe down kitchen surfaces, a few more dishes (like bowls and spoons), hairdryers, and there was a coffee maker but no coffee, etc. I did ask for a hair dryer and was given one to take to our room.

Nice wooden chalet room. Clean and spacious with a kitchenette. Staff were kind and friendly.
Breakfast was very good. A 5 min walk to the centre of town. It was quite windy when we went, so do bring warm clothes for the evening.

A pleasant stay all round for the price, but I likely would not recommend. It was soooo windy and noisy all night, we felt like the cabin would blow away. Other places in Monteverde were not like this. We thought the room might have a view but there was nothing. The dog was amazing so cute, and staff very helpful. Breakfast was fresh fruit and pancakes with eggs, good coffee.
