Piccolo lodge abbastanza modesto. Pessimo rapporto qualità prezzo Camere fredde senza riscaldamento

L’atteggiamento del proprietario che non ha rispettato il prezzo di Booking.com dicendo che quel prezzo era solo per pagamento in contanti aggiungendo quindi il 6 per cento per la carta di credito. Inoltre il POS non funzionava e mi ha addebitato due volte l importo delle notti. Ha fatto confusione ed ha restituito l importo maggiore al mio compagno di viaggio invece che a me. Proprietario molto maleducato e scorretto. Non consigliato.

Superb

The breakfast was great. The owner was very helpful and recommended and booked a lot of yours and activities for me. The room is simple but everything you need is there.

I missed having a wastebasket.

Tony and his son Yariel were amazing hosts. They made good tour and food recommendations. The location was in walking distance to restaurants and activities.

Great family owned hotel that offers amazing service and is in a great location

The Dreams Lodge is amazing! The rooms are very nice and clean, and the family that owns it is very attentive, kind and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast every day and the surrounding area. It’s also a 5 minute drive to the main city center and we preferred being in the more quiet and scenic area that the lodge is in.

Nice and friendly accommodation!

Very friendly staff who also helped to book our activities withiut extra charge. Nice breakfast and room. Would really recommend this place.

It’s a little walking distance from the center of town but for us this was not a problem since there are enough restaurants nearby.

Charming family-owned hotel with incredible staff!

The simplicity of the place. Clean and cosy. The surrounding of the hotel. The monkeys in the morning!! It is a family-owned little charming hotel. Tony and the rest of the staff were amazing! So friendly and helpful! Tony set us up with all the great attractions, with great prices. We compared his prices to the online prices, and his were a lot cheaper. By the 3 Rd night in Dreams, we felt like part of the family. We spent a lot of time in mornings just chatting with this amazing staff. Highly recommended!!

Worth stopping by

Location is very good. Near by Santa Elena. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast - portioned, but they can do extra on request

Breakfast was wonderful and filling. I enjoyed the Monkeys that came by in the afternoon out of no where. Got some awsome pictures. I recommend this place.

Superb

Staff were very kind and informative, helpful with booking tours and helping answer questions. Thank you! The stars at night were INCREDIBLE!

Bathroom was a little on the small side, could have done with some hooks on the door for towels/clothes.

Very good

The room and location were good for the price. Other than that the staff was friendly and available and the accommodations were good! Breakfast was delicious as well.

The light did go out and didn't come back for about three hours. So no internet and light for part of our stay. I wish I could've gone exploring in the backyard too. There wasn't really much for a backyard, just concrete.

Really good value for the price.

clean, good location and Tony the owner was the most helpful, likeable person imaginable. Nothing was too much trouble and he speaks excellent English. very well supported by Betsy. They will arrange tours and transfers at short notice and excellent value.

Wonderful stay and quiet location.

The staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made sure everything was to our liking and took care of ensuring that our stay was the best experience. They informed us of many opportunities available in the area and helped us to get reservations for the ones we wanted to do. Thank you Tony and Yariel.

Would stay if in monteverde again because of Betsy great help and fantastic knowledge of English

Betsy was amazing. She arranged excursions for us and let us use the kitchen area when in a hurry to our trip because we were rushed. She made get recommendations for all of us to choose proper excursions and recommended great dinner place very close that the food was good and reasonably priced. The breakfast was great and included in the price for our room. The room although small was clean and bed comfy and sufficient for a short stay.

Way beyond Betsy control but the weather was VERY wet ,cold and windy so bring warmer and rainproof clothes.if you are intending to be out and about this family run business is a great option but probably not for an extended stay as room small. No pool or hot tub just in case you are wondering.

Lovely hotel and brilliant staff

Lovely hotel, big room and really comfortable bed. Betsy on reception was so helpful, booked loads of great trips for us and really knowledgeable about what to do in the area. Breakfast every morning was fresh and tasty and the hotel had a lovely vibe to it. It’s a bit of a walk to downtown (centre of town) but easy enough in a taxi or walking if you are happy with hills!

It was fine and convenient. The staff was very helpful!

It was nice. Close to all the activities of Monteverdi The bed was comfortable and we were happy that there were 2 beds in our room and we can use the blankets from both beds. It was a cold night.

You need to wait for the water to turn hot. No other problems.

wonderful room for one night

clean and beautiful room and hotel grounds. great location for visiting the city ans close to National park cloud forest. staff arranged for night tour which was just ok. was nice to have a fridge. breakfast was good with being able to pack to go.

Great place to stay!

Dreams Lodge is a quiet and nice place to stay. Room was extremely clean, nice and comfortable. Breakfast was great as well. Receptionist Betsy was very helpful with advising and arranging different activities during our stay in Monteverde. I can highly recommend the Dreams Lodge.

The room was very clean and comfortable. plenty of space. Bathroom clean. plenty of towels. Location good. But up hill climb from town!!! staff were absolutely brilliant. Betsy really helped us with tours and days out and taxis. All staff really friendly couldn’t do enough for you. Breakfast cooked for you fresh and really tasty.
