The staff were incredible. So helpful and kind. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff there were amazing. The bed was so comfortable, the most comfortable hotel bed we have stayed in. We felt extremely safe there. We really enjoyed using the sister hotel and the free transfers were great. The staff really helped us in organising our activities. It was my birthday and the staff organised a surprise for me at breakfast which was so so lovely.
We loved everything about the property.

It is a perfect location to visit La Fortuna and its surroundings. Close to the city however more quiet. Breakfast was the best we had in Costa Rica. Staff was super friendly and Erick give me a coffee course.

Sibu is an extremely pleasant hotel with wonderful staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have the best stay. Clean, comfortable, pretty, quiet, it has a luxurious vibe. On arrival Emilio was super friendly and helpful organising transport to and from our booked activities, all of which were the next day and we had arrived in the evening. He sent lots of information via message on helpful things about the hotel including the restaurant menu. Other reception staff also liaised with taxi drivers for us.
The restaurant is superb. Attentive staff who treated us extremely well. We ate there for breakfast, lunch and dinner and were never disappointed. The breakfast menu and buffet is great and the restaurant menu is also great.
Nothing! I think my only suggestion would be to have a heated towel rail (or similar) that could be used to dry clothes and towels! As we travelled in July, it was not very warm and rained almost all the time. As there is not any heating in the rooms, you couldn't dry anything.
