This little place was exactly what we needed. We called it a stay-cation, but we were there because my partner had two meetings that week, both within a couple of miles. We live in Carlsbad and Mexico, but with San Diego traffic, this was the best solution. We spent some time in Old Town, went to a town-hall meeting, walked around the harbor, and did our shopping at Lazy Acres, a five minute drive away. Mostly though, we relaxed, ate light, and simply enjoyed each other's company. I work out every morning to a couple of apps on my phone, and there was plenty of room to keep it up.Finding the location was simple, check-in was simple, communication with our host was simple, and keeping up on food-prep and dishes was simple.The first night, I realized that I-5 was right there and rather noisy, but we talked ourselves into hearing the sounds as waves hitting the beach, and the surf was much easier to fall asleep to. We slept really well actually. Beautiful sunsets too!Next time we have to stay in San Diego again, I sure hope that this is available! June, I think...

Very clean cute studio. Worked out perfect for our business trip. Safe and quiet area. Our host was very responsive. Definitely would book again.

Clean, easy instructions for check in/out. Has everything we needed, felt very safe and secure. Will definitely be back!

The place was great for what I needed it for. I did have to purchase an iron board cover and clean the iron before use. The shower head could be better and the place had a weird odor.
