One of the closest to the beach and one of the most luxurious Evian condos you will ever want to vacation in. Decorator furnished, granite counters, updated tile baths, new floors and on the second floor with high vaulted ceilings, 254 Evian has the best views and location you would ever want. Master bedroom has king size bed and guest room has two twins with fold out couch in the living room. The outdoor deck has one of the best views on the entire island, a covered veranda where you can relax and watch the golfers got thru. Condo comfortably sleeps six people. Community swimming pool and free tennis courts included with the rental. Free wifi and two car passes included. Your vacation rental includes bike rentals and beach gear with your stay. Two free Shipyard parking passes and one is a free Shipyard beach parking pass or you can bike or walk to the beach too. Evian has plenty of free tennis courts and a wonderful large outdoor community pool to enjoy. Evian has a lake you can fish in or sit and watch the birds fly around. We had a wonderful experience! The condo was extremely clean, the beds were comfortable, as was the other furniture. We will definitely look at staying here again when we return. Thank you for providing such lovely accommodations.

Location location located. We love Evian and this unit was great. Clean, not cluttered and everything was operational. Please pack your beach towels as all other beach gear is there. Super nice neighbors next door. Walk or bike to literally everywhere! Robert was very responsive to any questions. Also, the owners just added done great deck chairs

Loved every bit of it. Saw plenty of deer, alligators, birds, and just a great nature experience. Super bike friendly area.
